SACRED SISTER

Gather in-person in sisterhood for an afternoon of moon tracking, fall vibes and organic snacks. Unlock the rhythm and power of your moon cycle menstruation, remember your connection to nature and the importance of each other!

This is for females in 6th - 8th grade that have or have not received their first bleed. During the workshop girls will learn about the four inner and outer seasons of each month as well as the four major moon phases. By tracking your cycle you will see the power each season holds and will have knowledge around why you may be experiencing mood changes, acne and other signals from your body. You will leave with a moon tracker and practical practices to apply during the phases of your cycle and sisterhood!

Red Tent Mystery School

“The red tent, also known as a moon lodge is traditionally a place for women to come together to bleed, pray and support each other. Our ancestors were in greater connection with the rhythms of the earth and it was common for them to bleed together, in sync with the cycles of the new moon. Women would honour this sacred moontime and access their power and intuition which is heightened at the time of menstruation and the dark of the moon.

We are a global community of sisterhood. Our trainings & programs for women & girls are designed to bring us back into balance with the cycles of nature and with self; a bridge between the ancient ways of our ancestors and modern wisdom. Our curriculum is steeped in spiritual, scientific & mystical knowledge to assist women in re-membering their soul’s signature essence and boldly deepening their service to humanity.”
